The Norway Maple (Acer platanoides) was introduced into the British Isles in the 17th Century. The Norway Maple is very attractive with classically shaped leaves turning an attractive golden colour in autumn. It is widely planted as an ornamental tree. This maple grows to about 10ft in 10 years making it an attractive tree for a medium to large garden.
The current height of these trees is 30-50cm and they can be planted year round.
