Western Red Cedar (Thuja plicata) or Thuja as it is commonly known, makes a beautiful thick evergreen hedge, very similar in appearance but a good alternative to Leylandii although not as fast growing. In parks and gardens the Western Red Cedar makes an attractive ornamental tree.
The current height of the trees is approximately 15-30cm and they can be planted out all year round.
