The Japanese Apple Rose (Rosa rugosa), also known as Ramanas Rose and Hedgehog Rose is a bright shrub known for its showy hips and scented flowers, often found amongst the hedgrows. A vigorous and very hardy rose shrub growing well in all gardens and hedgerows, the Japanese Apple Rose produces pretty pink flowers followed by striking deep red rose hips.
The current height of the plants is approximately 10-20cm and they can be planted out all year round.
Young plants looked okay upon arrival, planted them out straight away with some
Mycorrhizal Fungi to help them get going. Got a couple of bonus plants which is always nice. Hopefully they will thrive and grow well.

Hello, my plants arrived quickly and in very good packaging. All were in leaf and one had even sprouted new growth already from the base. Nearly all the leaves were green and none dropped off. I left them outdoors for four or five days before planting them out. Time will tell I suppose whether or not they take and prosper but at the moment all signs are good.
